Learn Bellydance with Iona

Picture
"The ancient art of bellydance is suited for all physiques, no matter how big or small, and is empowering and transformative for all genders. As the world of bellydance has evolved, more and more people dance for health, for positive self image, for intimating the dynamics of one’s unique form, fir creative expression, and for a fun workout. Incorporating both slow and quick moves, bellydance provides the means to increase flexibility and strength, as well as to improve balance and comfort in one’s own skin." --Iona--

Iona's Belly Dance classes are grounded in Classic Oriental, American Cabaret, Vintage, & Folkloric styles. Her classes address fundamentals of bellydance technique, which lend themselves to a variety of belly dance styles. Iona is available for workshops, individual or group lessons, and performance coaching in the Greater New Orleans area and across the continental US.

IONA is currently available for workshops across the US, as well as private lessons and coaching in the New Orleans area and Gulf Coast
